I find it hard to believe anyone is out paying for boxes. If people send them to me free, I gladly take them. If they try to "sell" them, I laugh.

It seems I got everything except for the astral diamonds. I've tried logging out and back in as well. *Found it under a menu as a "promo prize". All good.

Yeah, I've had this happen to. What I have noticed is that you will get an item if you check the lower right hand corner when you open the chest. At least for Cloak Tower.

Well this answered my question. I was wondering when it would end. To be honest, all of these feel about double the price I'd be interested in paying. $10, $30, and $100 feel right to me. I guess my tendency to get bored with MMOs very quickly also causes some apprehension to spending that kind of money.
