  • I submitted a bug report in hopes that this gets fixed ASAP because this hinders 2 rogue comps. I tested with another rogue and the bug is when rogue A gets to 10 stacks of bleed rogue B can only refresh rogue A's bleed therefore rogue B will never get damage credited to him if rogue A reached 10 stacks of bleed first.
