With the new odd bugs being found since this update, should we call it the Neverwinter effect? X3 Seriously though, it's really odd that changing a class feature would change feats as well as other unrelated areas.. Is it like a web?

I had this issue on one of my characters, I had used my free respec on this character before and never had one when this bug occured, I had two Rank 4 skills at the time and could do nothing to spend my points anywhere, the only way I was able to fix this was to purchase a full respec from the zen store, which I shouldn't…

I was stuck like this for a while as well, I ended up buying a retrain token to fix my main character. Luckily it fixed it for me, but if it is messing up for other people when they try Retrain tokens, I wouldn't recommend it.
