The bug is if you have mail with attachments and mail without, deleting the mail without anything left in it, deletes the mails with items still unclaimed. Yes, good luck getting a response, I have little hope of a response or fix and have stopped buying zen.

They have not commented yet on the downtime like nothing is wrong. So I was wondering if the 1 hour maintenance tomorrow was actually maybe suppose to read 13 hours and started on time? Like I said maybe it was 6PM to 7AM and not 6AM to 7AM?
