So the only options I have is to rush to max and make farming characters, or not play at all to escape it, or just run around while not killing things, yeah that sounds fun...not. Look, all I wanted was to leave an opinion about why I hated it, you guys are the ones who came into this thread to complain about people not…
Yeah, well, don't care, I don't like it because it hugely ruins the experience for me, for reasons I stated above, and that I shouldn't need to repeat. You may like it, but not everyone does, and I don't see why having it as an optional thing instead of mandatory, is so horrible for everyone else.
Sigh, we complain, because like I said if you had read, if you overlevel in certain games due to double xp, you can become too strong and the area become boring and/or you end up missing content you would normally have access to. For anyone who likes to take the time in pve and slowly enjoy the games content, without…
I really hate double xp, my character levels too fast and I can't enjoy playing through all content without becoming overleveled for the area (it makes it more boring if you're too strong for that area). Swtor does this too, and I always have to go play something else till it's over.. ..sigh Some sort of 'xp toggle off/or…
I'm having the same problem, I've noticed that it's mostly indoors or around walls, for some reason Windows 7 64-bit, AMD Radeon HD 7700, Intel(R) Core(TM)2 Quad CPU Q8200 @ 2.33GHz (4 CPUs), ~2.3GHz, 8 gb ram Haven't had this problem before, with same specs, but took a break from the game for a couple months, and then…
Kinda agree with the op, I guess I'm too used to clerics in games where they can heal half or all of their life with one spell. I don't really mind the low attack power/big heals in those games, because of the heals, in those games you feel like a durable class, even if you can't do as much damage, and that made them fun…
Really, can't be dodged?! I don't know about pvp, but I started a rogue again for pve, and let me tell you, if I don't time it right (especially in groups if someone else has the monster's attention), they can dodge it quite well, just by moving when I'm in the air, and it happens so often (well not all the time, but often…
Hmm, don't get me wrong, I would love to have an ingame option of respeccing (I love gw and gw2 versions), but I was saying that if they made it to be free or cost ingame gold/ad, people who bought them with real cash would get upset, and rightfully so As for the cost in the cash shop, everything seems too steep to me, so…
At least we have a foundry, where players can create their own stuff, to make up for lack of content That's more than we can say about most f2p games A bit depressing, though
It would be nice to have respecs free or get them ingame, but they're probably not going to do that at this stage, because people have already paid for them and it would get too much hate from those people, if they changed it, and they probably wouldn't want to risk it Just be careful about where you put you're points, if…
Yeah, I've been getting this feeling that my defensive gf is nothing but cannon fodder, and a feeling of uselessness in partys; might just go back to rogue (seems like most of the fights are killing adds on a cleric anyway, and rogue as well as cw, are good for that) I kinda wished the defensive gf was like The build, but…
I'm am so so sick of going into a dungeon that's long and difficult, killing the boss and his adds; and have the boss loot that drops be for your class (and no other of your class is in the party), and press NEED, because it's your class; only to be ninjaed by everyone, because everyone and their mother rolls NEED, for…
The aggro issue is an issue with both clerics and tanks, for example, I'm full threat specced tank currently and yet a cleric can get aggro so easily with one spell, even after I mark the mobs. That seems abnormal, you know? So, to sum it up, the tanks need more threat generation and the clerics less threat generation…
Ooh, so gold sellers get automatically silenced if enough people ignore them? That's awesome They really could use a 'looking for group' chat, for the op's problem, though
You did kind of hyjack the thread, though It was originally about the undergarments and making a new feature to disable visuals Not about the armor designs
I always pass on things that are red, as in my class cannot use, greed on things I can, and need on things I can't give up and really need But then when you have someone in the party constantly needing things, and greeding things their class can't use (or worse always need no matter what), and never passing; whenever that…
I didn't really notice the nerf too much exp-wise, gained a level while doing a 40 min map. I know it's really really weird, but I like that they give less exp, because then I can explore more foundry quests, without being worried about being too overleveled for 'normal' content. However, nerfing the loot (did they nerf…
Sexual fantasies, for a game character....what? I certainly don't think of my female character as a sexual fantasy... that would be weird, very weird I think of her as an extended version of me, and since I'm female irl, I usually make female characters, because I think of them as a version of me... not some weird sexual…
Erm, I'm a female in real life, but I like tasteful revealing armor, I don't like the ones that show any part of the butt, but I don't mind some on the legs, top of the breast, or the stomach. Also, I certainly wouldn't mind if the men's armor had similar revealing aspects, it's just that I just like my characters to look…
The first thing I do when I make a character in this game, is take either the shirt or pants off, or maybe both It just looks better most of the time, although I admit the plate shirt/pants does look good sometimes On my defender, I have the shirt off and pants on, and I just keep them in my inventory if I want to change…
Well, if it was the name, then they should have told the author to change it, or changed it themselves. Quite an easy thing to do, and I'm sure he wouldn't have minded changing it for them.
What? Seriously? I played this one it's not an exploit, it's an arena type and after you defeat the champion, eventually you fight the leaders and get a quest to free the slaves, and then you leave the arena area and go after the rest of the slaves and slavers. The point is, is that it has a story and it's not meant to be…
You can send the stones to yourself (@handle) in the mail and then take them out when you need them, if your bank space is full or something. It would be nice if they had their own tab in the inventory, though, because the different ranks of stones take up different spaces, even if they're the same kind of stone, and it…
Wow, if it wasn't exploitive, it really shouldn't have been removed. They really need to refine the foundry, and make caps on things they consider bannable in the foundry equipment itself, so that it's not even possible to make maps that might break rules. They shouldn't punish players for making maps that were allowed to…
Well, if this is allowed '/gfxsetdefaultfov 45' is a good zoomed in setting, if anyone else likes their camera more zoomed in I do hope it is allowed, I have way more fun playing because the camera feels more immersive with that, and even though I don't see as much of the surroundings as most players, it still 'feels' more…
Wait, so you're saying that if I do a random foundry quest, I might get leveled way too fast?! Are you serious?! Holy HAMSTER, I don't want that, since I prefer to level slowly to enjoy the content as I go. Hope they fix it Should I just stay out of the foundry for a while?
I don't know, I like the foundry, it's unique and fun because each quest is from a different person, and could be completely different each time you do one. You don't have to complete a quest all in one go, you know, you can go out and come back in at certain points, so for a quest that spans hours, you could do some then…
