I'm having this issue too and it's extremely annoying. I can't really interact with anything and get joinked back to my starting position eventually.

I was able to log onto one of my lowbie characters for a little while but upon leaving an instance I got the same problem again and no amount of relogging/pleading/asking politely seems to fix it. Ok, I was able to log on briefly - and this time it happened upon entering an instance so it would seem as if it doesn't just happen in the Protector's Enclave.

What I've noticed while doing this is that the outbound traffic of the game stops whenever my loading screen locks up. This is also the case when I'm running around in the city if I do get online; no outbound traffic until there is a spike - and I get sent back to my starting location.

I've been having this exact problem as well. And I've pretty much tried everything in the book to make this work. Sending in a report right now but yes, the projected time is about 8 hours for that to finish :P

I agree with OP. I don't want people to game the system, as contradictory as that may seem.
