Working on my transmutes to look like a neverwinter beggar. Can't remember the name of the dagger, but a guildie offered me that wooden dagger that has dmg 100-100 for testing. I initially thought he was just making fun of me and offering me a transmute.

I do think pve players would enjoy a paradigm shift to using dailies that actually hit hard instead of just going super sayan and using dailies only as a mean to buff damage. The stealth rework in pve is useless. It now takes 12.5 seconds.to recharge. If you take damage just two times, which you will in the heat of combat, the recharge time is now slowed to 15 seconds. 15 seconds is enough time for the tree feats to kick in and give you stealth. At first glance sabo buffs looked great. but encounters getting that extra 10% (from 20% to 30%) doesn't make up for much. at will powers up to 30% now, that's cool, but not with a highly nerfed DF. I get the jist though, no power gain on CB sucks, and the 40% damage is less than power from gobs of enemies on WoB. but how bad is that difference? drop in bleeds is concerning, but to do the other buffs make up for it? I guess i just always have a "can do" attitude.
