• That's not true. If you get 50% reduction in the tab that's 1/(1+50%) = 66.7% cooldown time = 33,3% effective CD reduction. When something says "recharge x% faster" you alwyes use 1/(1+x) to determine total recharge time. The only exception is talent that reduces CDs by x%(since it reduces CD and not speeds up recharge).…
