after about a month - it's no longer considered 'new' to them, thus they are placed into limbo where it exists in no lists. Sadly this has been an ongoing issue before beta which they haven't had any intentions of fixing. This has happened to a couple of my quests, you will NEVER see that quest back on the new list again…
