I'm not saying you get taxed at the retailer you buy the card from. You get taxed by UGC itself at the UGC check out. Its not a flaw to PWE or Cryptic, its a flaw with ultimate game card, purchase one and find out. it allows you to change your country at the checkout, switching it to united states makes it 1.66 lol so there you go.

using a companion enchant for 8.5% of there stats is nice too if you have a high level companion, just adds a little extra bonus.

Keeps happening to me too, getting sick of this, and the random crashes..... I've re-installed the game to see if it'd help and nothing, still randomly crashing about 5 times a day and getting stuck at the load screen when I log on. Safe mode works but it sucks I have to re-adjust my graphics every bloody time I log in.

you can't do that with all same class gear. For example I'd like to keep the armor I got now but it won't change on anything above it, it has to be a level below or the same to work. It shouldn't be restricted that way. I'd like to use my legacy weapon skin but it doesn't work on any of the great swords like it should.

Thats why it would be nice to be able to use any level gear of the same type to change up the style, They need more variety. Make no sense to have an option to change appearance and it not work for anything like its suppose to.
