Just a quick question: So by losing BaS, are you sacrificing an actual "perma stealth" rotation, and relying on ItC to keep you up while SS has the 1-2 second cooldown on it? Or does enough recovery + PvP set at 60 give you a true perma stealth rotation even without BaS? Appreciate…
