Awful? Compared to a 'huge' 10% heal that only happens every 3 minutes? Trample is +15% damage from the ability and another 25% from the feat. That is huge. Control powers are pretty much constantly active on pvp targets.
I've been using this build to great success in pvp. My flavor of it: Lunging Strike Bull Rush Knee Breaker Yes, no Frontline. Bull Rush has a faster cooldown, and Bull Rush -> Lunge -> Knee Break is nasty. I also put 5 points in the Trample the Fallen feat instead of 5 into Improved Vigor. I run with Trample instead of…
4e drow are +2 dex, +2 to either wis/cha. They made an attempt to add AEDU (at will, encounter, daily, utility), the key mechanic of 4e. So yeah. It's 4e.
I started with: Got hooked instantly, quickly moved on to the Rules Cyclopedia then 2e. After playing 3e and a ton of 4e, these days I am more into Dungeon World.
I'll be going halfling GF, CON/DEX. 3% deflect is good and the dex bonus adds more. 10% CC is huge too, CW is brutal against us in PVP and there is a lot of CC going on in PvP in general.
The important thing about Mark is it doubles your threat. So basically you Mark a boss, then Aggravating Strike it a few times. Mark also starts building threat on its own at level 15.
