When mine hit 23 days old I got a ticket response letting me know they was closing my ticket so it doesn't get lost and if I still had an issue to make another....

Don't worry it's not a permaban. 3-4 days and she will be able to play her account. Like I said though you most likely won't even get a response to your ticket before she has access again. You probably won't even get an email about your account being banned until the day they unban and you will get 2 at the same time one…

Take a break for 3-4 days her account will be unbanned again. Nothing will be touched even if she exploited. I'm not calling her one she could have been accidentally banned. My 3 week old ticket that was only answered with a auto message telling me they are closing it so the ticket doesn't get lost and to make a new one.…

To give refunds they would have to actually have someone answering tickets.

I see the problem here. You was banned because customer service answered your ticket. That my friend is an exploit because there is no one suppose to be answering tickets at all.

There is no customer service. I'm on day 12 my friend has open ticket since day one of headstart. He paid $200.00 for the heroes package and can't even get a tick answered.

I don't know but one thing is when I go to the store I don't see evidence of murders littering the aisles and I don't see known murderers walking around.

Don't worry they have a guy and when he is done answering day one petitions he can put a couple of hours tracking them down before he has to get back to day 2 of head start petitions.

If you have bouts of Insomnia or trouble going to sleep fast I recommend Rift. 5-10 minutes of their combat will have you struggling to keep your eyes open.

It's madness to think a company with non-existent support just has a dozen or several dozen people around to track exploits that they didn't even have the manpower to hotfix in the first place. It's one thing to be optimistic but jeez.

My guildmate was duping in SWTOR when it first came out. He got a 2 day ban came back from his vacation with 70 million still on his character.

They can't even answer petitions. I doubt they will put the manhours in for it.

They won't even answer petitions you think they are going to waste 1,000s of man hours tracking billions of ad from hundreds of players who have a dozen or so mules. Sorry, not going to happen.

They might ban some of the GFs but they are expecting it and have mules standing by with bags and banks full of ancients and millions of diamonds. Really sad this game is ruined as soon as the gamer websites start reporting on it.

I guess all the exploits in Neverwinter are just unique butterflies that can't be fixed quickly.

Most other MMO companies seem to be able to do disable or hotfixs things pretty quickly.

I bought 110 keys and never got my mount. I ended up using the ad from the idols to buy the mount.

I think they would have to carry over the very rares from the chests. Would be very cruel otherwise.
