  • This problem affects also affects systems that don't have the WinpkFilter installed. The only 3rd party network device I have is the VMWare Bridge protocol and VMNet devices, but those were installed long before I had any problems.

  • I've got the same problem. I can see other players and NPCs moving by where I spawn, but when I travel away I rubberband back to where I logged in. No chat / social functions and my quest log and achievements page are all empty. Everything was working fine earlier today.
