Well by that time I expect there will only be the "it's beta" people left, then they will have to find new excuses as to why the same things are still broken. So yes prices will need to go up to makeup the difference in lost customers. /sarcasm I don't think we will be seeing the official "live" label for a long time, and…
I look at all the other F2P games that have been in "Open beta" for a long time now which have also had a live cash shop the whole time. Let's face it people this game is live, and open beta is merely a label they are using to give excuses if/when things go wrong, and by the looks of things a lot of people are falling for…
Your logic is flawed. By pure definition pre-ordering a game means it has not been released yet, thereby you are paying to access it when it is released, in this case the official release (when everyone can play!) was the 30th of last month.

I played TSW for a while and found group loot etiquette to be a lot better than here, that being said the game has been around a lot longer obviously. I only hope that come higher end dungeons many of the "lolol I need on everything" people have given up or maybe even learned how not to ninja.
I wish more people went with this rule. Unfortunately the general stance right now due to drops being BOE is "my alt NEEDS it or I NEED to sell it for diamonds". I for one hate this approach but so long as the option to need on stuff that isn't usable is there, people will do it. So basically now if my group always rolls…
No. We expected some kind of replacement effect such as slightly increased damage against foes immune to CC, or the ability to at least interrupt bosses abilities.
You can recycle the look of old pieces onto new pieces of armour by using the change appearance option after right clicking on the armour piece. I have no idea if it transfers the dyes over or not however. That being said, a lot more different skins would be better and enable us to stand out a bit more instead of wearing…
