I think you are mistaken. My character is 23 and i only see lvl 35 as the lowest blue weapon. And it cost crystal

Cant find those npc you talk about. THere are some in that area selling blue weapon, but its like lvl 36 and up and cost astral diamonds. Only thing you can buy from gold are some green very poor gear. If there are something im missing please do tell.
