• The same here, I unistall and re install the game but still the same, I can't pass the loading screed (the screen whit all the logos) is not my pc or drivers I mean, I was playing good until elemantal evil update.

• I have the same problem, I unistall and install the game again, and now can't pass the screen with neverwinter, hasbro and all the logos, the game just stock on that screen. PD: sorry my bad english.

• I have someting similar, I reinstal all the game and now can't pass the screen with all the logos of hasbro and neverwinter -___-, I mean, is nothing of mi PC, I was playing good until the elemental evil update.
