Either way, DPS boost. ;) So far none of the replies answered my question though - which of the GWF powers count as control and receive the Wisp's bonus?
Where did you get that info from? Try a dungeon run with a Wisp in your active companion slot, and then another with the Wisp switched. Compare the damage. If it was 15% longer then I'm pretty sure the description would read "lengthens the duration of control effects by 15%" Is there a list of control powers for each class…
What if you had, say 10 mil AD to spend, but there would be a 5 day stall in the zen exchange? 3000 zen is ~$30 But either way, you can buy the epic Wild Hunt Rider on the AH rather cheap since the promotion was a few days ago. In a few days their prices might jump up drastically though. ;)
The Zen exchange was stalled partially because of the Wild Hunt Rider packs. ;) They can still be bought on AH (although there's only a few of them there) and they are still priced rather low (considering it's a high demand companion, epic level and limited). I'm guessing they'll go for ~3 mil AD in a few days so I suggest…
Because there's going to be a new lockbox = people profiting from Rusties and Unearthed lockboxes will likely switch to new boxes. Prices of drops from previous boxes are likely gonna jump up drastically. Happened with Owlbears, Nightmare mounts, Araneas, Pseudoragons... Smaller competition = higher prices.
Which is silly, since with the price boost they cost as much as they did a few days ago, without any discount. Better invest in Rust Monsters and epic Alchemists - they might double your AD in a matter of days.
Of course many people know that it's going to bring them a lot of profit to save their zen for when a new lockbox replaces Unearthed boxes. Like it was a few months ago when the price for zen jumped up drastically when Unearthed boxes replaced Rusties. You can notice this if you take a glance at the AH prices. Not many…
It's like saying that it's sooo unfair that people who paid for starter packs get a 110% mount and are faster in PVP or that it's soooo unfair that people won't take your 12k Guardian Fighter to Valindra's Tower. ;-) Or that you paid a whole dollar for a key and you didn't get that Emperor Beetle.
It seems like the numerous polls and forum threads with suggestions are pointless since none of it is being read by Neverwinter's staff. So far the brilliant solutions like: - disable enchant visual - disable shirt/pants visuals - add a portable post office artifact (postal Imp, for example) Haven't been taken serious.
Rust is an active effect, too. You don't need to summon Rust Monster to get this buff. It can be in active companions with Ioun Stone or Cat summoned, which is very nice.
You get them from Valindra's Tower. I suggest you gear up before attempting VT 2/2. You find boots in DD chest, helmet and gauntlets can be bought for seals and armor drops from Val.
I'm not sure why this hasn't yet been done. So many people complained about it. It's supposed to look cool but it's not in most cases so why not add the disable visuals options? Similar with the shirt and pants - they look terrible so why not add transmutation items to change them or add disable visuals for them as well?
Actually, I think it's very popular with CW and GWF considering the usual competition to win in Paingiver. Lightfoot Thief gives loads of extra damage, so... Especially with the CW's crit rate.
They are currently moderately cheap (around 500k AD). This might change in a matter of days as their prices might jump up to well over 1 million AD, considering the average epic companion's price. Especially when they can help get a Lightfoot Thief.
I know, right? Maybe it's because a lot of DC are pretty much terrible and worthless in debuffing and party healing. Them PVP DCs that are extremely tough in defense and the DPS clerics (how they call themselves, no matter how stupid it sounds) obviously chose the wrong class if they want to play speed runs of help out…
Let me get this straight: you played it ONCE and didn't get the Lightfoot Thief, so you say a Lillend doesn't increase the drop chance for Lightfoot Thief? If you got, say, a 20% higher drop chance to get it with Lillend then you had around 80% chance NOT to get it. If it was a 100% chance, there would probably be a…
What I did notice so far is that Lillend has an amazing crit chance for power dice. Maybe there's something about leader companions that increases crit rolls - if getting a Lightfoot Thief is determined by a roll, and a Lillend gives a nice chance for that as well, then I guess it wont hurt putting Lillend against epic…
Okay, my Lillend is lvl 30. One of 3 epic companion my wizard has atm. I'm gonna take a shot at Sword Coast. If you see a Lightfoot Thief on AH posted by @pyciorek, you'll know it works. :P
