i get the cryptic loader screen to pop up then the game crashes gets to the same point i have reinstalled once so far and taht didnt solve the problem

i also have this bug i tried the first day to get in crashes as soon as i hit play i even uninstalled and reinstalled same exact issue.to bad i like this game and hate to not be able to play it :(
