yes its a minus, i just looked every other stat is +4% +10% +20% etc, this one stat is -11%

no im not sure, thats why im asking lol but does it add to the damage ignored? its been said you need 22-24% resistance ignored via armor pen in PvE. does the CON stat make it so you need less? (11-13% via Armor Pen)
