after you kill a monster or group of monsters walk around and look it takes maybe a minute to look the area over I have collected over 50 so far with no issues as I look around and even have respawns while looking around so it's a win win situation

I have that issue with Google Chrome so I swapped to FireFox and problem solved it seems the Gateway isny set up for chrome if your using that then that may be the issue I would also suggest you keep your browser cache and cookies cleared so that you dont have these issues either...
