EQ was the grandfather of them all, and by that I mean the largest player base (for games of it's time), most fun, and has withstood the test of time.

Have you tried reinstalling Windows? If that doesn't work, then you can always write a letter to the developers and then kill yourself for looking like an idiot...idiot.
