Someone has to buy the zen for you to buy it from them, someone has to pay for you to get that stuff. If no one was selling zen you wouldn't be able to get those things. Money has to be paid by SOMEONE somewhere, to get anything in the cash shop. If it takes 600 dollars worth of wards to get the top level enchants, and…
The naming system in this game is only slightly acceptable due to the low server count. It is completely ridiculous that your character name is all but meaningless in identifying you as a player. There is no way this would work out in any kind of roleplay setting.
Yeah, they did design some alright looking stuff. It's a shame it only changes every 20 levels or so. You'll be looking like that till you hit 40 probably, hope you like it!
There are four bag slots, so you'd want two bags, or three since one of the quest ones is a half-bag. Then there is the bank space, which would probably need an upgrade for any kind of extended end game play.
I haven't gone a play session without getting smacked in the face by something I'd have to pay for in the cash shop. This is not a good feeling to have while gaming. It'd be like if diablo 3 had popups in your inventory showing you a superior weapon/armor piece to yours for $5 on the RMAH every time you opened it up. This…
Ahahahaha, oh man. So glad I'm seeing this now. Hitting max level and dropping this game. Easily some of the worst free to play practices I've seen. Just because a game isn't charging you monthly doesn't mean it can do everything in its power to make you spend money. I'm honestly surprised you don't have to pay for stuff…
I've been explaining this same point to people in game, excusing issues with the game because "It's beta" is stupid. They aren't going to make any more grand sweeping changes to the game at this point. The game is released, any problems count against it because they are taking money. I will eat my words if they do anything…
Shirts/pants are about the only thing you'll be creating thats worth it with crafting, I'm level 37 and I've been crafting non-stop since 11 and I've made shirt/pants and about 100 chain armors for exp. Definitely one of the weakest crafting systems I've used. It's like swtor's but without any of the things that made it…
This game gives them the perfect thing to farm AD with, the gateway. Make scripts to farm leadership on as many alt accounts simultaneously as you want. It doesn't matter what an exchange rate is when the AD is free.
When the game drops 10 different types of runestones/enchants at five different ranks, bag space becomes a premium. When I need to fill my bag with four different profession kits, id scrolls, injury kits, altars, gear for companions and myself when I reach that level, I run out of space. And no, rarely is there a vendor…
Ie. you won't be able to make anything good since you don't have anything from profession boxes. And you won't be able to keep it remotely relevant levelwise unless you only play an hour or two a day, and craft the rest of the day when you're not playing.
I'm hoping I'll be able to sell mine for 150 AD, or something similar. I hate lockboxes with a passion though. I wish there was an option to toggle them off.
I probably won't even be using leadership after I saw that its main reward was exp, I don't enjoy the idea of levelling past content and never have. But I knew it was bound to happen somehow, I used up all my closed beta AD on instant leadership crafts just to see if the prof ever got more interesting. Doing so netted me a…
You sir are a scholar and a friend, truly you possess a monopoly on good sense and literacy, for there is no way that anyone here has previously obtained this information of high import. Henceforth, you shall be known as the bringer of light, for you have illuminated the darkest corners of this mystery.
Every Korean mmo I've ever played is a constant stream of "so and so has received "X" item" and "So and so has upgraded their weapon to +9!". Along with a completely unregulated gold spam which fills every available space, go see age of wushu for that. Really disappointing to see any signs like these in this mmo.
That's what happens when you can pay for character experience via instant leadership crafting. Leadership awards pure exp, by paying AD you can make it instant, as long as you keep paying AD you can gain an infinite amount of exp.
This is something that I always lamented in WoW since the removal of priest racial abilities. Its so odd that each race has a different religion and source of priestly power, yet every single priest in the game has identical spells. I feel the same about this.
