How about this: in game bots get automatically flagged for PvP when their script behavior is identified. They can't fight back. Killing them rewards you with AD. Open season on bots with no limits.

If you go back to zones with dragons that sync your level with an area, the mobs count for coins, but are much easier to kill. Near Charthraxis is a good place of you are level 70. Easier farming anyway.
