ive recently came home from italy while i played game there, i had 150-200 ping with recv: 100-1000 now that i came home ping is 300+ with recv of 10.000+ please help me out what do i do to fix?

The dude is trolling you and ur falling for it hardly, anyway maybe he lives in country where half time job aint paid as good, or maybe there aint half time job, for example in my country-serbia there aint any halftime jobs, otherwise id be doing them nab.
