First you need to do is nerf "Into The Fray", as it works incorrect providing up to 500% damage buff to GF and party. Are you kidding? Almost every player is VIP, some of them have more than one account. Preservation Wards will be cheap as HAMSTER. The only way to save market is nerfing bar drop ratio at least twice.

Sentinel is the only viable in PvP, so already tried. TR appeared on 1 sec, taking at most 5-7k dmg and shifted out to nowhere. After "Come and get it" CD i have at most 1/3 hp (TR manages to hit 3-4 times). So, useless against good TR. It's what I talkin about. Pretty good "balance".…
Good idea. 30% crit + ~45% crit of TR or HR = 75% crit (for much longer time than your 100% crit, and for whole party). TRs and HRs under this buff will clean whole arena in seconds :) So, NERF, NERF and NERF (in PvP). At least by adding long global CD. All I can say - it still exists on Russian preview "Lurker" server.

You forgot that these buffs applies to the entire party. Not only Growth, also Nexus and Fury are too frequently applied to whole party. Yes, you're right. Perma-crit +30% for whole party without global CD is even worse than perma-healing :) Say goodbye to balance.
