Interesting that my trouble ticket is marked "Solved" because they've referred me to this Forum to look for an answer. I've put another comment on my original ticket to say they've not solved the problem. I'm not holding my breath for an answer that makes me happy.
Kind of a hint, the Devs not starting a collection thread that shows up on searches, or sticky'd. However, I imagine with the number of issues, the 'sticky' thing would get overwhelmed.

This has been happening for two days. Points to note: Only on our Windows 10 Home laptop. Both the desktop machines are running Neverwinter, using Windows 10 Pro. One is a Lenovo Thinkcenter, the other a custom-built graphics workstation. There is a crash log on the laptop, but I don't know if Arc gets the info from it.
