• For me the rendering of all the tier 2 items worthless after taking so long to get is just a slippery slope. I saved for a long time to get that gear and all for nothing. The artifact weapons being free at 70 is nice but it doesn't compensate. Upping level caps never really works in my experience, nor does removing content…
