  • Same thing happens to me. Start the game from the desktop short cut, log in and it checks to see if there's a patch. It doesn't find anything so the 'Play!' button lights up.   • Isn't the second pack from Blacklake where you enter the burning building to kill Karzov (or whatever he's called) with help from the Harper woman? I have a second pack on some alts and they're only just out of Blacklake and under lev10.

  • You get one from Neverember Graveyard. Its the last quest in the zone (I think) and involves you entering the clock tower after opening all the seals. Cant remember the name of the quest though, sorry.
