+1 to this I would also suggest turning the whole RP system in a way how you gain XP. Like some other games, the more you use an ability or item (by killing mobs, or pvping etc) you level that up in particular, this way you get to refine or upgrade an artifact/gear by actually PLAYING THE GAME.
