I agree with all steps but 3. Its a very entertaining issue to play pvp below 60 bracket. To lvl or not, its a way to catch and keep entertaining new players. The perfect situation would be the number 1. But, u know ... The complaining system its a player based resolution when the GMs, Cryptic, etc. cant do.

Could someone for gods sake please give us a feedback regarding PVP? It looks like people doesnt even run pvp and keep correctly whining about PVE issues.
