OK, they officially mass closed all tickets today, so I say to hell with it. I hope this gets exploited over and over and a 7 hour rollback occurs, because that is the only way things get fixed as far as I can tell.
Mine was to report something strange that happens to chests if you log out and back in while in an instance and they closed it without reading it. I would like to kick the person who made the "Lets just close them all" decision right in the balls.

I haven't seen it exploited, but I do see there is a post in the bug forums with a (less efficient) method of exploiting the bug. Customer Support needs to be more responsive to this issue.
You SERIOUSLY need to edit this so what you have written isn't there and create a GM ticket about it. This doesn't need to spread through the entire game.

I had this issue when i was downloading a torrent, stopped the torrent, logged out and back in and it resolved the issue. Do you have torrents running? Mine was a world of tanks upgrade.
