• It's a vertical bar, begins thin at the bottom and grows thicker. It also has an axe in the middle. Fills brownish-red (but I'm not certain, I'm colorblind) when you take damage. It's not something small so you can't easily miss it. It might even be bugged?

• There is. It's tiny bit to the left of the middle of your screen, so you can't miss it. But it unlocks at lvl10 which might be our problem here
