today marks the 5th yes the 5th time I have had a character stuck since November 2015!! every month at the same time I seem to get a character stuck.. YAY ME! don't expect support ticket to help you with anything.. they just told me to avoid the area.. mind you one area in Caer-Konig.... and don't even think they will help…
