Success: So far it seems my issue is solved, I have managed to redownload and patch properly now and have made it past the initial cryptic loading screen and progress to the game log in screen. It seems with this test that AVG might be preventing proper downloads, or at least it was in my case. Make sure it is completely…

I'm having the same issue, though mine is animation_library/skeletons/chickens .. or something weird like that.. I'm wondering if the devs just liked to put random names on their animations. my thread is here, but so far I've gotten no reply either :/ I feel your pain.

Tried searching for this file manually, can find no where in my neverwinter files where there is an Animation_Library anywhere or in any folder
