I agree with #1 the most, so many idiots do this. #2,#3, meh. #4, I disagree with. I've kept the entire enemy team busy at their point while my team captured points, and by the time I revive, I can go back easily to the mid and help defend before or when they start fighting at mid.

I end up healing myself and running around tanking the mobs while my team kills the boss. Even in groups with many CWs, I have to do this because idiots don't know what they're supposed to.
