Neverwinter is awesome, but the devs aren't innocent when the exploits have been know/reported for weeks and only taken care of when HAMSTER hit the fan. And of course the AH exploit which had already happened in STO before.. Caturdays, titles and other forms of bribery are not going to clean this stain.
Not going to happen because they want to merge the shards in the end which is a good thing overall. I still hope there's going to be a wipe once the "open beta" ends and they have fixed the heavy known bugs, regardless of their stated position on that.
Protip: Before equipping an armour piece make a new character to get the 4 starter dyes. Sure, you only get a selection red, pink, green, blue and purple but you can do this until you have fully painted armour. From start to mail courier takes less than 10 minutes.
Have you heard of dynamic IPs, proxies, VPNs? I can change my IP hundreds of times in an hour if I wanted to. IP bans are not effective and all they might do is inconvenience someone who happened to be assigned one of those IPs, for 30 seconds.

The game is in beta by the state of things and the real money situation is a HAMSTER move that is gaining traction because people are stupid. Same reason we now have DLC instead of expansions in normal games.
