I'm at work, so I can't play, but my game is fully patched and ready to go when I get home. (Huzzah for remote access!) I realize it's not helpful to those of you having problems, but I feel it's important that they (PW) know some people patched without any issues at all.

I actually had this issue earlier not knowing it was/is a known issue. I forced a full refresh (hold CTRL and hit F5), and the frames corrected themselves. Not sure if that will fix it for you, but it's worth a shot, right?

Having this same issue after coming home from work today on phone and PC. This thread suggested flushing the DNS cache, which resolved it! (At least on the PC, still trying to figure out how to do that on my phone.) For anyone unfamiliar with flushing your DNS cache, on Windows you go Start > Run > CMD - this will bring up…
