True, but these were "passive" events. You could find refinement stones in foundry quests (especially with the dragonhoard enchantment) or farm XP during the double XP event. But the CTA takes place in another ini and it covers 5 of the 7 days.

Will they take a break next week with the contest? Because it would be highly unfair to feature them with the upcoming Call to Arms-Event. Nobody will play a foundry to get a crappy unidentified green item if you can get an awesome shadow wolf mount from the CTA instead.
