  • Do you know how to start the Cloak Tower? I have gotten inside the instance with a group several times. The sparkle trail leads to a wall that will not open. I have been told if you have party members higher than 16 the dungeon has to be manually started. No one in any of the parties I have been knows how to do this. Hence…
