I got the same problem. I tried queuing for Temple of the Spider and got "Waiting for map" I tried relogging, restart my ps4, and delete save data and accepting the terms to long in and it still stuck there.....

How does deleting your save data help? Isn't that basically deleting your character and all the progress you made so far. Can you explain?

Like I said. I've read it. BOTH and I repeat BOTH characters are stuck there. You only get "2" free character slots. The rest you have to buy. I contacted support already and waiting and debating. Either I'm forced to buy another character slot or delete one and make a new one. I shouldn't be in this position to do so but…

Also yes. I read how to get out of this situation but I can't do that. Both of my characters are logged off there and are now stuck. I contacted support to see if there is a way to fix this.
