I'm gonna have to go with Manshoon's clone Orbakh, though I'm not exactly sure when Fzoul was killed off after the Spellplague.

Submitted a ticket about this too. I noticed in battle, hit the p button, but then had to finish my fight before I could finish the quest. I gained level 6 off that battle and now I can not complete that quest with 8 points spent.
