Everything was running fine I changed video settings to 3d11 and now the game won't load I've uninstalled the game and reinstalled deleted the local files tried the 3d11 work around and nothing is working. Awesome feat. And I have been watching it I swear it procs 100% off Astral Shield. Plus a 2 1/2 min buff makes this buff 100% up time. Loving my 8.4k power it even bumps by GS from 13.3k to 13.4k. I overlooked this talent for awhile but now I'm in love.<3

I agree CC in this game is just stupid. Cryptic needs to grow half a brain and add Diminished Returns to CC,Stuns,KD ect. So classes that spam it might have to use skill instead of a crutch to pvp. #DiminishedReturns

PvP needs alot of work. CC need diminished returns. The damage that classes put out need to be toned way the f*ck down. Either that or DC heals need to be toned way up to deal with those type of numbers. I have seen as high as 32k crits.
