Your described "blocker" is not a new mechanic to MMOs, it is the classic "Scraper/Offtank" role and has been around since at least original Everquest's Luclin expansion. Im sorry, and no offense intended, but you aren't bringing anything new to the table here.

And this problem continues, my character isnt even 3/4 to the end of the Velosk theme and the pirate theme skirmish and dungeon are in my queue list. By the time I actually finish this arc those will be gone more than likely. Quests just give too much xp, I think.
The tool tip in the queue does explain level ranges, if Im not mistaken. Increase Heal Aggro please, my cleric pet isnt tanking mobs that have been beaten well over 50% of their health often enough. Also please reduce the heal effect from GWF restoring strike at low levels, that 9 hp every 15 seconds is completely OP.
This is a real problem. With the rate xp is given in this game, outlevelling these events is just way too easy. If you attempt to follow the story lines, and do these skirmishes at the times you are supposed to do them, you wil easily outlevel them.
