• I have confirmed this is not just isolated to camp fires for my computer. no matter where I go, the FPS is extremely low. The game is, as of now, unplayable on my computer. this did not start until the most recent patch.

Unless I am reading the feat "Elemental Empowerment" very wrong, it says "Your Arcane Encounter spells weaken a target's defenses....." Arcane Missile is an At-Will, not encounter. Is this…
