Thank you. That's what I was thinking but I wasn't sure since the non-human feats section of the guide had 3/3 crit and 2/3 severity.

Why is Half-Orc better because of extra 5% crit severity when it misses 5% crit severity from feats that a Human gets? Doesn't that more or less make them equal to Human minus the +2 starting in dex or strength? Would it be better for a Half-Orc for example to drop 1% crit from feats to grab the extra 5% crit severity…

no, but pretty much everyone, including myself could buy them off the auction house after a couple days of dailies. bar the Hunter Ranger stuff, and thats only inflated because the class is new so they are in high demand.

Lots of keyboards dont have numpads. A lot of people prefer them because they don't use them often and prefer to save desk space, or it allows them to keep their mouse and keyboard closer together, so they dont have to space their hands as far apart. they are called tenkeyless this is an example of your ordinary tenkeyless…
