  • They are not AoE. A move that is AoE is described as a spell or skill that targets an area and effects enemies/allies in that area. Normally you would see a circle on the ground when used representing where the AoE is.

  • You do if you don't have any stat over 25 other than strength! If you have another way of doing it please share, instead of just saying you don't have to re-roll.
