I'm having the same issue today with a new HR character(level 5) she can't buy powers.

Bug: Feats: Stormcaller's Arrow At level 35 my HR was unable to take the feat "Stormcaller's Arrow" it was marked as "Not Available" although she had 5 points in "Black Arrow" and should have been able to take it. The other feat at the same level "Bloodthristy" was available.

Bug:Auction Broker When I did the level 12 quest to go to the Auction Broker, he showed me gear items for a Control Wizard, not a Hunter Ranger.

One thing you can do, if you want to see how she would be upgraded is copy your character to the test server and upgrade there. This doesn't effect your real character at all and lets you see what will happen.

Disclaimer: I'm a foundry player and an "aspiring" author only. I have found some sort of level relationship to the end chests being empty. At low levels there is usually something in the chest then at about level 30 you start getting empty chests, at about 50 or so you start getting items in the chest again (often "white"…
