In my case, only the 1th character get everything. The 2th and 3th character have problems to claim the guardian items, from mail or with the claim npc. In the gateway of neverwinter you can read your own mails, and each character have your own mail box. In teory, each character have to receive the items by account unlock.…

I can understand if you have to hit a certain level to claim some type of reward, like the horse or something like that. But with the 1th character, I get the guardian pack in the mail after the 5th level, and claim the start pack easily after the tutorial. But with the 2th and 3th character don't work. And you can't…

Once per character, but is not well explained how to get your second or third guardian pack.

In the ad, you can claim the item pack with every character in your account, minus the astral and the starter pack. In the pratical terms, you can claim all items to the first character only, by mail. The others receive anything.

Some info: The first character / toon can take your mail with founders pack (guardian or hero) after log off and log in. But the second, third can't receive the mail with the founders pack items. If I remember right, you can (at least, in the ad) the right to claim the items in each character.
