  • Re-install worked for me, I just got in...however I am currently nix my antivirus, so take a look at that and see if you need to disable something...this is a weird issue.

  • I unistalled avast as I can't even FIND the effing virus vault and now I am reinstalling the game, but I had this exact issue too.

  • Also, if you remade the character in the last few days, it seems you don't get anything. At least, this was my experience. Bummer.
